Abstract

The first experiments of treatment via the Internet began in the mid-nineties of the last century, but it was not widely accepted until the last ten years, when remote interaction became easy and available through many different sites and social media, and this was accompanied by an increase in the number of individuals seeking treatment. And the help available via the Internet due to its unique ability to reach a wide sector of people who are difficult to benefit from traditional therapeutic services, so the current study sought to identify the requirements for developing the professional performance of social workers to apply electronic therapy in working with individual cases and the study sample consisted of (207) single Of social workers practicing social service in most areas of professional practice, the results of the study reached a definition of the requirements for developing the professional performance of social workers for the application of electronic therapy, which are represented in the cognitive requirements, skill requirements, value requirements and technology requirements and the level of these requirements was high and the study developed a proposed program for the development and development of the professional performance of specialists Sociologists for m E-therapy family in working with individual cases.
