A measure of job satisfaction for social workers working in family courts
Job satisfaction is a necessity and is not limited to the work environment only, Rather, it extends to a person's personal life, Job satisfaction is influenced by many factors, some of which relate to work, its requirements and responsibilities, The other part relates to the individual himself, his personality, motivations, emotions and desires, While another part of these factors relates to the social aspects of the job or profession, Therefore, this study seeks to build a scale to identify the extent of job satisfaction of social workers working in family courts, As these courts were established in order to preserve family stability, The social service profession had to have a fundamental role in the work of these courts.
The aim of the study: A main goal is to build a measure of job satisfaction for social workers working in family courts.
Scale dimensions: The scale was based on four dimensions, which are:
After job satisfaction with the type and nature of work.
After satisfaction with the working conditions.
After satisfaction with salaries and bonuses.
After satisfaction with the level of appreciation and respect.
