Abstract

The study aimed at determining the level of digital transformation and determining the level of human capital in university education institutions, identifying the dimensions of the digital transformation most related to the development of human capital in university education institutions from the point of view of the faculty members, and identifying the difficulties facing the digital transformation of human capital development in university education institutions. To a set of proposed mechanisms to support the digital transformation of human capital development in university education institutions, and this study is one of descriptive studies, and the study was based on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey method for the faculty members of the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, who are (114) single, and the study tool was In an electronic questionnaire form for faculty members at the Faculty of Social Service, Helwan University, and the results of the study concluded that the level of digital transformation in university education institutions is average, and the level of human capital in university education institutions was average, and the results of the study also indicate the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between transformation Digital and human capital development in university education institutions.
